Δυνάμεις της αστυνομίας βρέθηκαν στο σημείο, ζητώντας από τον κόσμο να απομακρυνθεί, την ώρα που πλησιάζαν προς το όχημα.

Μάρτυρας ανέφερε πως τουλάχιστον 50 άντρες της αστυνομίας βρέθηκαν έξω από το βρετανικό παλάτι.
